About Raincloude:

Raincloude is a digital arcade that allows individuals and businesses to personalize, publish, and market entertainment internationally!

This strong supporter of both the creators and their creations can help circulate over $3 trillion per year!

Users purchase tokens, posted material collects tokens, and Raincloude pays out the value of the tokens to the users.

It hosts books (audio and static), games, news (video, audio, and epapers), music, shows, movies, fan-produced material, research (+causes), and advertisements!

  • Accounts charge $0.50 per month.

  • Posting material charges $.0000005 per byte as a 1-time loading fee ($0.01 being the minimum), then $0.01 per month per file.

If this fundraiser goes well, I should be giving a special offer for those who post content early.

  • The ability to post ads charge $1 per month.
  • Users purchase tokens separately as needed to use throughout the site.

  • $1USD = 100 tokens.

  • Streaming material charges 1 token per minute. This amount can be increased/decreased by the posting user.
  • Users may run 4 sales for their material per year.

  • Movies and games have the option to set their own admission (if they want one).

  • Ads do not charge tokens.

  • Ads are searchable and can be saved.

  • Users have ad-free days once every 7 days of activity without extra cost.

  • Ads play once every 9 songs in the music section and there are unlimited 'skips' for all sections.

  • All material that is searchable can be saved to a 'notebook'.

  • Content-posting users are able to send email blasts to their visitors when they have new content or updates!

  • Raincloude does not own the work users post and they keep 100% of their profit (minus 3rd party payout fee).

Creators are, instead, agreeing to lend Raincloude their material for free to use for inventory on Raincloude's website for however long they choose to have their material posted. In exchange, Raincloude agrees to make its best effort to use its website to record and pay out tokens earned by their material.

  • MLRating (maturity-level rating) test and ownership docs are required upon submission.

  • Content creators are given space for image ads and links if they choose to include them.

  • Posted material's area can be personalized for background, color format, buttons, and media player aesthetics.

  • Raincloude's website, naturally, is meant to translate into multiple languages.

  • Users have the ability to choose backgrounds images, color formats (called vibes), language, and mLRating settings.

  • Its search engines search by genre, language, time, location (as in local shopping vs expanded) mLRating, and tags that users add! Yes, you can add lyrics and quotes as a tag!

  • Skill search is included! Users may opt in or out of this to find talent and resourses. *This is free.

  • Raincloude doesn't analyze you and give you suggestions for things to see and visit. You get what you set your profile and search engines for.

  • The search engines pull randomly from everything based on your requests so the more specific you are, the more specific results you'll get. Everything gets cycled and has potential to be found.

  • For things like fanfiction and other material that shares it's origin from several sources, Raincloude offers translatable documents for agreement and adjustable split payment. Agreement is revocable. The material suddenly stops being available when this happens.

  • Host users of content may opt in or out of allowing fanfiction with a checkbox.

  • Tokens can be freely transferred between users.

  • Commentary is optional for material on Raincloude.

  • Raincloude allows star ratings and counts views every time a user accesses material throughout the day after earning a first token per visit.

  • Users may submit feedback and vote on surveys for customer satisfaction.
  • Raincloude also supports the community by donating to green causes and content creation.

Performance Examples:

*The numbers below are all one-time visit numbers. If someone decides to revisit something for any reason (example- 'I like this song so it's in my playlist now' or 'I love this show/movie etc that number grows accordingly.

400-pg Novel/Book:

Regular Book Sales:

"$10,740- 34,440-annual avg salary selling 6,000 books at $14.99 but retaining $1.79 or $5.74"-https://self-publishingschool.com/how-much-do-authors-make/

"The average manuscript for a novel comes in anywhere between 250 to 400 manuscript pages."- http://askaliteraryagent.blogspot.com/2009/11/what-is-ideal- page-count-for-first.html

Raincloude Book Sales:

400 pages x .03 = $12 per book. 6,000 customers x $12 per book = $72K direct (unless with contract).

23-minute episode for a TV Show:

Raincloude:

23 x $.01 = $0.23/ episode

$0.23 x 26 episodes in a season = $5.98

Music:

Average song = 3 minutes

"On average, a YouTube channel can receive $18 per 1,000 ad views, which equates to $3 - $5 per 1000 video views."-https://influencermarketinghub.com/how-much-do-youtubers-make/

Raincloude rate:

1,000 video views of 3-minute video @ 1 token per minute = 3,000 tokens :: 3,000 / 100 (for cents) = $30

*I would absolutely LOVE IT if something 'went viral' for you on Raincloude!

About the Founder!

Hi! My name is Erin and I'm the founder of Raincloude.com Corporation!

As a creator myself, I want to provide a website that supports creatives, entrepreneurship, and scientific advances through all types of economic weather!

Raincloude began as an idea of a flea market in 2015. I wanted to help creative people and business ownwers independently sell their work and services.
The idea almost instantly became digital because I imagined the effort it would take to walk all of that area would be tiring.
I wanted this process to be easy and minimize problems with hard-copies of material.
I struggled to come up with a name for it and tabled it for this reason until 2017.

In 2017, I decided to just push and go for it.

I figured, at that time, work (or at least those that I came across) generally sold at about 1 cent per minute ($5 subsciption) and 3 cents per page ($2 newspaper).

I decided to just pick a name and work with it. 'Raincloude' (spelled like this with the silent letter 'e') came to me. The website name was available so I went to work.

I made blueprint pictures for 13 color formats and for 1 and 1 half years, I made over 1200 files designing this website using dictionaries for codework and testing portals.

I drew Raincloude's first and current logo which features Raincloude's name and rain drops. The rain represents Raincloude's micro sales function (one cent per minute) and the color is for people's talents and personalities. They're great on their own and awesome when used together for things. These colors are also the original color layouts used for Raincloude.

I chose for Raincloude to support all of the different fields that it does to offer a service to assist them and also so that they could all support eachoter indirectly (or even directly) as marketing strategy.

In 2019, I checked to see if I could get any early partners to work with me. No one made an offer and, eventually, I figured it was probably better this way- at least for now.

In 2020, I began trying to have it's name officially registered as a corporation. It took me a few tries but eventually, as of March 27th of 2020, Raincloude was officially registered in Texas as Raincloude.com Corporation!
It's DBA followed shortly afterward.

I registered Raincloude as a 'C' corporation so that it can do more of what I want it to do for people with less restriction.

I built Raincloude to help support people in varying economic climates- so this would've been perfect if it had been available at that time! It was the dawinging of COVID.
I contacted someone to be an investor but a week or two afterward, my computer was sent a virus while I did a regular search online. As corny and maybe unreal as it may sound I think I was literally just searching info about vitamins. I don't visit a lot of racy places online.
I happened to be trying to add more to my files at that time. The virus scanned my files and destroyed the files for banking, HR, and music.
My computer would not give me permission to eject my usb so I just pulled it out forcibly.

Thankfully, the damage was only with a copy of my websiste's files that I happened to be using at the time.
I took my original files and had them copied over to and privately stored on GitHub.

The virus also changed the display on my computer. It would not reset no matter how many times I'd select for it to do this. I purchased a computer with a different operating system after this to help myself over to being less susceptible to attacks like this.

The rest of that year, I had other electronic malfunctions and odd occurances. I decided to write to some people to see if I'd be assisted.

In 2021, I decided to try finding funding again.
Someone told me that I needed more information so I went out and sourced services and products that I'd need for this company to run.
Raincloude's format changed during that time as well to being an arcade with tokens instead of running with its own bank and having local, direct charges and deposits. I did this to enable a better flow for foreign and domestic currencies. I also did this to help keep taxes neat.

Collecting this information was NOT easy! I had a full-time job and so many people that I'd contact would want to hold a video conference!
I'd hold these meetings during my breaks, when I was off, late at night, and early in the morning for the sake of people with differeing timezones.
Things would often get pushed to 'next week' for my day off during the work-week.

The part of information that probably took the most effort was figuring the right type of computer configuration and networking needs.
I needed to know what was needed and how much time it would take to figure how much I'd need to support people that worked for Raincloude in the meantime while everything was set up.

That was a steep learning curve for me. After about 6 months of trying to go between services, research, respond, and peice the services and equipment together, I decided to ask everyone that I had contacted to get on a group conference call so they could explain to eachother directly what they needed, how they could work well together, and what I'd need. This worked!

I had numbers figured by 2022 and set out for investors again!

I was aware that my competition appreciated this information that I mentioned about what could and should be done and how I intended to do things.
Things about them began to adjust. I used to mention them in my pitches to help explain the idea of what I was trying to do.
Either way, Raincloude is still Raincloude and it and I still continue.

For whatever reason, most everyone that contacted me were either flagged as illegitimate and their contact was discontinued or I was offered a loan from a loan service by mistake. The loan services always wanted to work with a company that had been running economically with the public for at least 3 years.

I eventaully decided to abandon contacting angel investors and try loans and grants. Neither of those worked.

For one of my business loan applications, someone told me that I had called in a little earlier and told them that I didn't want any funding. They told me the number they called by and I told them that I didn't recognize the number. I asked them to only accept calls from my specific number.

Grants were like winning a lottery. It's not impossible but for whatever reason..

After six months of trying to apply for grants and loans, I decided to try crowdfunding!
Crowdfunding was my first idea for funding but I thought I wouldn't be able to do it due to a misunderstanding for what crowdfunding was.

The amount Raincloude requires came to $7.5 Million in 2022. The most expensive of the things noted were the equipment and employees.
Officially hosting all of its initial files also costs quite a bit.

I decided to make a comic and post it to both market and gain funding at the same time. It'd also help Raincloude's logo be officialized because it needed public interaction.

I actually haven't been used to writing stories like this. I didn't normally finish stories that I'd start. I'd normally just illustrate. Even then, I didn't have a lot of practice in my lifetime.

I made my first comic and tried to push it with my closer community.
They, at that time, showed many signs that seemed to scream that they were not the right people for me to go to.
After some time, I decided that I should probably handle things differently and allow the right people to come to me with a different method.

I'm remaking my comics and posting them.
I decided to sell some products as well but sparingly because all of these things take time.
All of these things are things that I like and have interst in. I try to enjoy them all with balance in my life.

I hope to become someone that donates to all types of things. This is part of why I had/have a research section included with Raincloude. I want to fund green efforts, healthy causes, TV shows, movies, music, businesses, and etc.
I'd do this either through Raincloude or myself directly.

I think this pretty much sums up my story here because this is where I am now. So 'Hi' and thank you for your time!

-Erin
